  Take photographs of property for utilization in MLS, brochures, Internet, and additional marketing

  Design/print a color brochure highlighting the properties sellable features & amenities

  Have a minimum of 500 “Just Listed” marketing pieces delivered to local area residents (You never know when a neighbors relative, or friend, wants to move into the area)

  List property in the Southland Regional Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. One of the worlds largest systems covering the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Conejo Valley’s

  Yard Sign installed on property with World Wide Web, 800 number information

    24hr 800 number Hotline, conveying property details. Hotline has a numeric retrieval system for immediate caller follow-up. Will be used on all marketing materials, sign, and websites

    Property information will be distributed on international relocation database

  Apprise other top realtors of your property using brochure distribution and e-mail notification

    Install an information brochure box on the yard sign

  We are loan professionals, astute in all facets of purchase money procurement. We will pre-qualify all buyers prior to negotiating a potential transaction. If the buyer has been pre-qualified by another lender, the loan officer will be questioned directly to verify the buyers closing capabilities.     Assist you in procuring interim financing, if necessary
